I bought a Kenmore fridge in 2016 and have had a technician out here four times to fix the ice maker. Now, for the fifth time the ice maker not working again and I find puddles of water on my floor beneath the fridge which I am concerned will damage my floor.
The water works fine. The last technician that came out said there is a history of problems with the Kenmore ice makers. He replaced a part that he thought would fix the problem. I thought Kenmore to be a good brand and that is why I bought the fridge.
NOT!!! I just called to schedule another repair visit and was told they do not have a technician available and to call back tomorrow. I expressed my frustration with the person I spoke to and all she said was that nothing could be done because I had not purchased the extended warranty. Are you kidding me??
I want a new fridge!!
This is ridiculous!! I am so disappointed with Sears and the lack of good customer service.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
Preferred solution: I want a new fridge without a manufacturer defect.
