I bought this item on April 18, this refrigerator sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. I called for service about a month after i bought this item. Technitian came and say that the fan was faulty so around june 3 he ordered the part, and scheduled an appointmnet to install it. I did bot recieved the part i had to call back Sear and they sended it again. I got the part and now i waiting for a technitin to come on JULY 23.
The problem is that i don think is a fan problem, because the fun system works sometimes and is cool enoght then it stops working i have to unplug the refrigerator then it sometime work.
It july 12 and im trying to get this thing to work but having no luck. It is really frustating because we have been trowing away our food .
I dont recooment this refrigerator at all.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of kenmore refrigerator and associated monetary loss in the amount of $850. Sears needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
