I have a MPA Service agreement - Its been 3 months my Kitchen aid is still not repaired or replaced. I have been receiving promises and request to keep calling every week for status - They first say they no longer make one of the part - then they say the found the par - this week they are saying they are searching for the part. I am beyond MAD! I need a repaired or replacement refrigerator this week. I politely ask to communicate with SEARs Dept in the United States and not the Phillipians to resolve this issue. The Department in the Phillipians are only able to provide me with the following information " We are still waiting on the part "Be Patient" I sometimes have to ask several time what they world some of the people are even saying.
I am very mad and dis-appointed with SEARS!
