Our appointment for service has been cancelled, on your end. Our heat pump/heater is not working properly.
Now we are expected to wait until 10/10/19, for repair. Why was our appointment, for today, cancelled??
We pay for our Service Agreement and are continually having issues. This heat pump/heater system should have been replaced two years ago. Only it seems our records were deleted.
So, now here it is over two yrs later and we still have issues.
We were without AIR CONDITIONING for fifty(50) days this summer!! Now when we need heat, we are without service repair again!
No call to let us know. Just a text. No reason as to why.
Just a NO SHOW!!!
Is this really how you treat customers who have been with Sears and Sears products for nearly 50 years?
Why do people pay for service agreements when Sears doesn't follow through with timely and efficient service?
Why when we didn't have air conditioning for FIFTY days, didn't you provide us with a service tech from another company, if your company couldn't get the job done?
Fifty days no air conditioning during the heat of summer, in excusable!!!!!
Now inadequacies in our heating unit!!! Will you be paying for damage due to any pipes that freeze?? We have no funds for additional heat sources to utilize while our furnace/heat pump doesn't work.
As we should not have to pay for any additional heat sources. We pay for extended service agreements with SEARS!!!
Extremely frustrated with this on going issue!!
