Ordered my part on may 26 and i paid extra for overnight delivery. Well, it is may 30 and still no part.
I called several times and tried to find out what's going on and I could not understand the operators that are answering the phone. They barely speak English and they keep hanging up on me when I ask for a supervisor.
My next step is to call the news and let them know that there is something going on with this company since I have noticed all these complaints in the reviews. Maybe a little bit of Television time I'm how terrible Sears treats their customers might help in the long run for future customers.
