The chat representative misrepresented and gave false information and sent a technician gone while i kept I telling him my lawn mower engine is dead. He insisted and promised that after taking a look of the techs can't fix it this charge of $96 will be applied towards new purchase and i will also get 20 to 30% off on my new lawn mower purchase.
The technician came today said the engine is dead collected $96 and said you need to buy new lawn mower and left. Did i really need someone to pay someone to tell me that when i already knew that my engine was dead and tbe reason behind it.
Sears has been providing false information to their customers and misrepresenting. On calling they would not be helpful.
