In April I took my mover in to my local Sears for warranty service. It is still at the service center. Every time I call to see when I will get my mower back it has been the same answer for the last 3 weeks
"YOUR MOWER WILL BE BACK AT THE STORE NEXT TUESDAY" guess what my mower was not back at the store, so I called the Service Department again today. The same lie came again " IT WILL BE AT THE STORE NEXT TUESDAY".
I could have had it serviced locally in 2-3days.
What takes Sears 7 weeks?
Meanwhile for the last 3 weeks I am paying for a lawn mowing service
If this is what Sears call customer service, why be a customer?
Reason of review: constant lies.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Whole process.
