Not resolved

In April I took my mover in to my local Sears for warranty service. It is still at the service center. Every time I call to see when I will get my mower back it has been the same answer for the last 3 weeks

"YOUR MOWER WILL BE BACK AT THE STORE NEXT TUESDAY" guess what my mower was not back at the store, so I called the Service Department again today. The same lie came again " IT WILL BE AT THE STORE NEXT TUESDAY".

I could have had it serviced locally in 2-3days.

What takes Sears 7 weeks?

Meanwhile for the last 3 weeks I am paying for a lawn mowing service

If this is what Sears call customer service, why be a customer?

This person wrote the review because of "constant lies" at Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sears to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was whole process. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
