Called on Nov 10,ordered a stove as was told by warehouse worker there were 4 stoves there and to order it.Told would be there Dec 9th..great..So on Dec 8th we threw our old stove out. On the 9th at 330 pm I received a text of sorry can't deliver on 9th,we will deliver it on Jan 11th.
This was not right. Had no stove. I'm disabled so couldn't run around for a new stove. What happened?
Sears use to be good. Now we want our refund,told 5-7 days,now try to get ahold of them. No way...called all numbers. Someone was suppose to call me today,a big fat nothing.
Now they say 7-10 days. What bothers me is had no stove. No one gave a crap either. Writing to corporate in I'll.
It probably won't matter anyway. So will never,ever buy anything at Sears.Thank you
