Suppose to have 30 days to determine if mattress purchased is working If not suppose to be able to return or exchange. Lies.

All we keep being told is we have to keep mattress for 30 days before anything can be done also keep getting told to call a phone number for this purpose with the statements “well if you complaint doesn’t show the mattresses out of manufacture specs there is nothing wrong.” After pushing back we do not like mattress they still insist we have to keep mattress full 30 days and they might allow a return for a 15% restocking fee and a pick up charge. This is the last time we will have anything to do with Sears. I can see why they are going down the tubes. Most of the other mattress dealers offer 90 days with for any reason one time returns, with no restock fee.

On line foam manufactures even offer free return and free pick up if you don’t like their mattress.

Was trying to support local stores. See why internet sales are doing better than local stores that treat customers like, “so what who cares.”
