Mom just wanted to upgrade her new washing machine.She went to store and was told you can only do that by calling an 800 number.

Well, the order for the new one was placed, by phone, and of course, her credit card was charged. That was 4 weeks ago. No call for delivery date and time has occurred yet. Calling customer service is a WASTE OF TIME.

The customer service reps are in the Phillipines! They read from a script and are very hard to understand. I have only purchased Kenmore elite for many years.

I will NEVER purchase another Kenmore product nor will I shop at Sears ever again.They obviously want to go out of business; they are on their way!!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sears delivery service. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

Immediately dispute the charge with your card company as merchandise not delivered.No reason to pay for something you never got nor have any reason to believe ever will.

Yes, Sears is the very last place to go for much of anything nowadays.

The Sears, Roebuck & Co.we grew up with is gone.
