Have been taken for a ride on three occasions by Sears. Lack of respect, concerning the maintenance service already paid. Nobody shows up. Not the same treatment in PR as in the States. I really believe we have been discriminated by Sears. Even though we are part of USA . We are treated in a different manner. And we pay much more than people in the mainland. And I lived in Florida and can talk of the difference. Shame on u Sears.

Sears ser in Puerto Rico is unreliable, you make appointments and they don’t show up. You follow up on when they are coming and later they say you call to cancelled.

I’m PR they give you a show-up window from 8-5 and they don’t show up.

Never buy maintenance from them, since you prepay it they don’t care if they provide you the service or not.

Sears really stinks, stinks, stinks, stinks....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Send me a check for work time lost.

I didn't like: Awful.
