Ordered part in Nov'17 for Kenmore Vacuum - part inferior and not original to Kenmore as differed in color, PVC strength, missing insulation etc. (clone from China) - part broke, replaced with same looking inferior which broke same way as previous. Kenmore USA would not comment on parts. Asked Parts Direct for money back per "Fit" 365 day return guarantee in May'18 so I could search eBay etc. Promised 6 times would look into it and expect credit 3 days, 7 days. In the meantime Parts Direct went ahead and ordered another part which was not requested (will not cancel) and am receiving weekly emails "part is back ordered". Do not want another part, just the credit. Nothing happens, agents with phony names in Manila stick to a script and clearly have no authority to give back money. On last contact used online help and printed off three pages where Manila Rep promised to expedite inquiry to manufacturer ??? and assured me would have senior adviser from manufacturer ??? contact me next day - Lye, lye lyes.... At this point most would have given up but as a principal will not let it go ! Kenmore Vacuum Canister Cleaners model goes for $600 and will not function without broken part
All numbers you give below are useless as you will never speak to a USA agent - SHAME ON SEARS
TIP: They know your ID by phone number which is attached to case. They send you a survey to fill out after contact and if returned with negative comment will do nothing.
TRY to contact your credit card Fraud Dept. to ask for assistance.
