Why don't I have a hard copy of my Maintenance Agreement with Sears?

I even called a couple of weeks ago and was told that they would send me one. Hasn't arrived yet.

Yes, I know that when I call they can tell me what is covered or not covered.

I am paying for a year's worth of coverage and have nothing clarifying what is covered.

What kind of fair business practices would allow this kind of arrangement ?

My complaint is short and clear. Do not know why I need 100 words or more to get this sent.
