My snowblower which is less than a year old and under warranty won’t start. Regardless of this issue, I asked to talk to a manager to see if he can help resolve my issue or tell me what next steps to take.

This was at the Connecticut store which is part of the Milford mall. He talked in circles and when I tried to explain that I needed some answers he got frustrated very quickly. Our conversation was going nowhere and he got really heated at Me for no reason. Then he threatened to call the cops.

Out of nowhere! Can you believe that?!? A customer service person calling the cops on a customer!?!

With no reason other than he couldn’t contain his own frustration. Shame on you, Sears.
