On Feb 20th we purchased 2 beds & a stove, when we left the store we were very happy with the pleasant service but what has happened since has been a NIGHTMARE!One of the beds was a floor model with an adjustable frame and in perfect condition when we left.

A week later when they delivered it, it was broken beyond repair. My husband went to the store that afternoon and was told they would locate one or order us a new one, that was Feb 29th. On March 11th we went into the CONCORD NH store and when we finally spoke to the manager JOSH WEST, he was extremely rude and rolled his eyes while I was speaking to him.

We just want our bed, the second bed we bought which once again we still have issues with, the box spring is labeled wrong so the extra long full size box spring is marked that but is actually a queen size.They need to resolve these issues, going on 3 weeks now.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue. This person is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
