New ReviewerNo resolution that is why I am writing this report.
My Clothes Washer quit working over a month ago and I called to get service, It took 4 weeks for someone to come out to look at the issue, and then they told me that they had to order parts and made an appointment to fix the issue on September 2, 2020.. Someone in Customer Service changed without contacting us, and they re-scheduled for September 9, 2020.
The technician arrived but could not get the Clothes Washer to work. He then contacted his Manager, and the Manager said that he would get back to me in 48 working hours. This will another week. The Manager indicated that they would send out a more experienced technician.
I have a master agreement on all of my sears products, but they think I do no have any recourse.
Hopefully, you can help with this issue and contact Sears Corporate Headquarters at 3333 Beverly Rd. Hoffman Estates, in Illinois 60179 to register my complaint.
User's recommendation: Do not take out a Master Agreement as they cost $1,100 dollars.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sears Pros: No pros.
Sears Cons: Warranties and lack of support, Service of my master contract, Employees who had difficulty speaking and understanding english, Bad customer service, Bad customer serivce.

Sears Customer Service sucks. This is the worst service that has ever happened with this company.
I am a Veteran of the Vietnam War who spend 2 years in South East Asia and a disabled person.
Evidentially they do not care about the veterans or the disabled. Because of the virus we are not willing to risk going out to wash clothes and we have over a month of laundry.
