Sears - Mater Protection Agreement
In 2016 I bought a 55" Samsung TV that, in order to use its full functions, it should be thru its remote control. Well, the control is broken and Sears said that the control is no covered by this "master protection agreement" for which I paid $527.99.
The first time I called (about Oct. 11), they told me that the manufacturer do not work this part anymore but, that they will work a solution for this in about 48 hours. They never called so I need to give it a follow up.
I contacted Samsung and guess what, they have the control available. Sears do not want to understand that the remote is an integrate part of the TV set and sees it as an accessory, which is not.
