We bought a mattress and box springs online. The box springs was delivered in the wrong size.
In 2 weeks the mattress had a big hump on one side. We have attempted to return both they said we had to keep 30 days. In 30 days they say they will have to charge us $69 each plus 15% to pick up even though the mattress is defective.
It makes me very sad because Sears has always been such a reputable company. I guess the times are changing.
