I ordered a dishwasher with installation online at Sears.com on 8/6 and the confirmation of the order stated that I would be contacted within 24hrs. for delivery date and time.
I called the store on 8/11, nobody answered the phone, called Sears.com, they told me I would get a phone call from the local store manager. Repeat the previous sequence about 12 more times. My dishwasher was delivered with no installation order on 8/15. Repeated calls, etc.
Sears.com has been helpful, and again contacted my local store manager, and was told that I would be contacted by the end of the day. Not.
Today after four phone calls, Sears said that they could put in an installation order and "someone would call me back".
I am having it picked up and returned.
