I bought this microwave from Sears. When the microwave was bought it was installed incorrectly by Sears, now they saying I missed used it not looking at the fact that they didn’t installed it correctly .

The technician said so, Sears does want to hear this. This is from my previous review. I bought the microwave in 2014, at Sears in Massapequa mall, in the store they asked if I wanted & recommended the Master protection Agreement. I bought.

Sears delivered it & installed it.

The technician vented it inside, told me after he had installed it,that it was vented inside because it couldn’t be vented outside. It was already installed when he told me .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Replace it.

I didn't like: Poor response from sears.
