I ordered a region free dvd player which when it arrived wouldn't play any disks at all.Although the item was listed on the Sears site and the charge went through on my Sears card when I called customer service they told me it was shipped from an outside company and there was nothing they could do.

We have emailed the company and faxed the necessary paperwork for a return authorization and have not received any response. I think it's time to cut up my card and shop elsewhere. They probably won't be in business much longer.
