we paid for a freezer that was not being manufactured any more and have not received the refund on our visa card. the cancellation was on 1/26/18 .

we ordered another freezer and we were told it would be delivered on wed. feb.14th. we were not notified regarding the window of delivery time. called to get time and was told the delivery got screwed up and would not be until "NEXT WEEK SOMETIME' sears needs to have better communication with their customers.

I doubt very seriously if I will purchase anything else from this company.

two complaints in a row is unacceptable!!!!!! our email address is I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you have to do is put in a DISPUTE with merchant services (VISA, MC, etc) at your bank or whomever and they will do all the work! Don't let Sears drive you over the edge, they are not worth it. That's what I am going to do with my new warranty if dispute it as they are in breach!
