Nov 6 I called sears to schedule to fix my samsung dryer nov 21 was the day they schedule with they outsourced the job to Square one service inc. they came over and the man it said it needed parts it would take 7 to 10 business days.
I have in touch with that company that sears outsource and they do not have the parts yet.I been calling sears and getting the run around they with me to another representative and I have to start over I made 3 complaints to the BBB and I have an appointment Dec26 but I am still trying to find out if they sent the parts and no one has a clue so I am going to take the next step if sears do not come over and stand by their agreement then I will get the dryer fix from an outside appliance company and give sears the bill if they refuse to pay then I will take them to smalls claim court and make the company embarrass to put them on T.V. and tell the media how sears reneged on keeping their word and bond of about their Agreement.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
