20 days , 20 phone calls, each time aproximatly an hour have been on the phone for my refund, they say that they issued the refund some 20 days ago my bank does not have it , they say a case manager will contact me , they never did I am getting tired all phones direct me to somewhere in Philipine which this people are like a recorder always read somethibg of the papper, saying the same thing:

Your refund was issued

Contact your bank

Sorry that you didn’t recieve the refund

Our case manager will contact you in 72 hours

And they never do !!!

My money is gone!!!

And I have no access to a real customer service

I see here lots of complaint like mine!

Anybody ever got their refund from sears. Com?
