After having the service person here 4 times, going to the store 3 times, I have been told, that this is how this wash machine works, and if I do not like it, I can buy another one, this washer is only 6 months old, they won"t change it even if I pay a restock fee, they say throw it away and buy another one. For 50 years I have been a loyal customer, now I would never buy another thing from sears again, NEVER NEVER, and I am going to tell everyone I can, not to buy from them, this company is nothing like what sears used to be, they do not care about their customers
