I ordered a patio set, was to be delivered to local sears store. Never heard a thing.

Called told someone would get back to me. Never heard a thing. Called again, told

Item was out of stock. Told sears I wanted to cancel my order.

Literally 2 hours later received a notice item was ready for pick up. Called and told them I want a refund. Got the run around . Someone was to email me a update.

Never heard a thing. Called again-same senerio. Called back for the 4th time- they’re still looking into it. Received a case id #.

Never heard anything. As I am typing this, I am on hold with sears. So, again someone is looking into this and will get back to via my email.

This truly sad. If this is the way they treat their consumers, the deserve to go out of business.
