I have had nothing but trouble from Sears when I ordered a refrigerator. After numerous hassles, I cancelled the purchase and was told, both verbally and via email, that a refund was issued and submitted to my bank.

It was not. After a week I called and was told it would take another week for the refund to process, the refund I had previously been told had been issued. I finally called corporate offices, and the woman I spoke with told me she does believe that they will actually issue the refund. I am not counting on it.

She did give me a corporate phone number to call at that time if they renege again.

I will never purchase anything from this company again. No local representative ever answered the phone, and calls are funneled to phone rooms primarily in the Philippines where customer service is nonexistent.

I didn't like: Philipines accents could not understand them, Being placated by uncaring service people, Worst service ever.
