I’ll NEVER buy from Sears again!!! My wife and I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator and it’s less than 3 years old.

It stopped cooling a month ago and we are about to set up the 5th service call because it’s still not fixed! Sears charged us 275 dollars for only 2 hours labor that did not fix it.

We also called the office of the president and they won’t call us back. We recommend never buying from Sears and get your appliances from a store that gives you a warranty that will swap your broke things for a temporary one until they fix it.
