Ordered a refrigerator on-line. On 5/1 I was told a delivery date of 5/22/2018. Fridge was paid for on 5/1. Was never told that it was not going to be delivered on 5/22/18 or that it was back-ordered. Nothing. No communication whatsoever on my purchase.

Fridge did not show up. Spent over 2 hours on phone with Sears trying to get an expected new delivery date. When they couldn't give me a new delivery date I cancelled the order and wanted a refund or a similar item. Can't give me one. Now they say it will take 7 to 10 business days to issue my refund on an item I paid for nearly 1 month ago.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Beware Buyers

They can apologize all they want to but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1336.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Lack of comm from sears and that no one can resolve the problem, Everything was a 3rd party problem, Transferred without success, Promised a delivery date which was missed with no new eta.
