Ordered a water softener that was installed 11/9/2016. Paid $25.00 to haul away my old unit. On installation day the installer states that his truck was full and that he will pick up the old unit the next day. The next day came and went, the old unit is still here. 4 phone calls and one week later the unit is still sitting in my driveway waiting to be picked up. Worst customer service ever!!!! For this reason I cancelled a refrigerator that I ordered from sears. Keep this up sears and you will lose more customers. No one in your company seems to listen! Realize that there are other stores out there.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of installer and customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sears pick up service. Sears needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
