Now day 12 without a fridge...4 service calls, 3 days off work to meet for repairs, multiple parts, Thanksgiving meal ruined. Hundreds of dollars of food lost.

No end in sight. 5 part ordered to arrive in 8 days with no guarantee it will solve the problem. A replacement refrigerator has been requested and denied until last part arrives. Apparently they believe a single mom living in Florida can survive a month without a major appliance.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Kenmore Elite refrigerator is 2.5 years old and have been through 3 ice makers, compressor, condenser and more and is still nonfunctional.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $3500.

Preferred solution: Replacement refrigerator within 24 hours.

I liked: Promises of quality which in turn were false.

I didn't like: Worst service ever.
