Very disappointing would sevice Central Air condioner given today (05/17/2016), where we purposely taken off from work, and wait from morning till night, did not appear technician promised servise 1-4 PM, When we call back, automatically becomes the next 5-7 Pm service, after talking with the customer service, are expected to wait back from 7-9 Pm hours. Currently, entering at 9 Pm, never appeared, and informed customer service, replacing the promise we be tomorrow at 1-5 PM.
This is when the very unprofessional work, without news, and we waited for the lost time and our time is supposed to work.
Can be given a substitute will disadvantage our working time, waiting without news, and unprofessional work you guys, this is so embarrassing.
We strongly do not accept behavior which is not profesianal staff work with promises servise do not appear.
Last year a service technician has canceled its own service that should be scheduled. Whether this is justified in your work.
