Who would still use sears for a oil change or anything. There a failing company and have been a mess for years. Go to a quick lube and you will be done in ten minutes you don’t even have to get out of your car

Sears review in Woodbridge, New Jersey: Poor service

Sears optical appointment service is really terrible, I did appointment for this Saturday and they are saying that name is not showing in the system. I came in person last week to make appointment this Saturday. They don’t respect customers time and value. I will never recommend this *** store.

I purchased 6 appliances for my new home being built. Saleslady Lee in Moorestown Mall urged me to buy them since they had a great sale. On my receipt was a proposed delivery date. My house wasn't even started yet. Appliances were delivered a year after I bought them. Sears will not fix the true delivery date. I am losing 7 months warranty on 6 appliances. I'm writing to corporate today. Not sure it will help since I spent two days working on this with no success. There is no department that knows when they were delivered to prove my case. Very disappointed.

Sears has given us AWFUL service I have spoken with about 13 to 15 sears employees and nothing gets done is a DISGRACE

I have a Kenmore refrigerator which has been up for repair twice since I had it. The first repairs were disgusting, First the repair came out and said the compressor was bad.

He order the part which took more than a week and had to order another part to complete the repair. That took another week. Later on the same refrigerator broke and had to have another compressor put in. That compressor took two weeks to come but that DID NOT WORK.

On_Time Repair was assigned the job. I took off four day where they would give me a window from 8-5 to come out. They never showed up, nor did they call to give a reason why they were not coming. The last window was eight 8-5.

After leaving home at 6:00 they called at 6:15 to say they were coming and never showed up. This has lasted from the 13th of December until now 2/9/2019. This time they just stopped calling.

I will never purchase a Kenore from anyplace. Its not worth it
