Just got a new refrigerator from sears selinsgrove Pa. did not work have been to the store because there phone and internet said they were closed sat.at 12.00 noon ,not so i had to drive 20 miles to the store,they said no one would come out for two days Called the customer service 4 times same ***,now just got off with the store manager,told him if no one is here by noon monday,my son and i will load it in my truck and bring it down and drop it off out front and they will give me my money cash as thats how i paid for it $1,400.00 or i will be going to jail.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer serice. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of refrigerator and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. Sears needs to "fix and replace loosed food" according to poster's claims.
