Bought upright freezer on 1-14-16 it stopped working on 3-18-16 called sears repair 8004694663, was told appt would be 3-23-16.

Contract repairman was here 10 mins said fan was out on freezer and he would order one should be back within the week. No word from him, repair gave next appt 3-29-16. heard from no one but called several #s no help from anyone just a carosel of recordings, humans that just transfer around within their dept. New appt was 4-7-16 of

course no one showed the part must be coming from a foreign country. Sears has no reguard for its customers and i have lost all my

freezer meats and items. The 8472862500 for big shots Mr.Lewis or Mr.Crowley is the same results to schedule an appt. pissed in S.C.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of repair service and tell you one thing and do another. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of freezer and associated monetary loss in the amount of $400. Sears needs to "fix my freezer" according to poster's claims.
