Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Review

We purchased this product and 14 months later the compressor broke. We had a tech come out 2 different occasions and still no repair we were told that the part was on back order. We had to live out of coolers for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind there products, I will never step foot in a Sears store again.

Sears Cashier Review

Imagine working for them! I'm a fulltime college student who previously worked at Sears and I hated it. The managers annoyed us all day about getting customers to sign up for credit cards which was so annoying. I'm not talking about 1 or 2 credit cards a day, I'm talking about 15 credit cards a day per cashier! It was ridiculous and when the customers said no we were told to ask them FIVE TIMES and let the sixth time be the last. If we didn't do it we would get in trouble which was completely not fair because no one WANTS a credit card, especially a store credit card. I'm so happy I quit. And if you are a teenager looking for a job, please do not apply at sears. They're annoying as ***.
