In sort, made an appointment the week before to have a new car battery installed. The Sears was across town so I made sure Sears had the battery installed.
I was also guaranteed that the installation would take no more than 15 minutes. I did make the appointment early and after 1.5 hours of waiting Sears informed me they didn't have my battery.
40 miles of wasted driving and a wasted afternoon. No apology or indication they would order a new battery just barking orders to get my car out of the garage.
