placed an order for a product for Christmas for son. a sears marketplace dealer had it in stock or so the web said they had it .
long story short they couldnt get a hold of marketplace seller. cs said it would arrive by Christmas it didnt. then cs told me it would arrive by new years day it didnt. jan 10 2016, sears cancelled order cs said they would send me an e gift card to my email.
jan 15,2016. still no egift card no emails no calls. is it really worth losing a customer.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service or installation service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sears online order and associated monetary loss in the amount of $35. Sears needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
