An appointment was made by sears with me to come on the 26th. Then sears kept calling the house phone which I never gave them the number and an automated message would play stating to change appointment , but no person ever came on phone .
And when I called number back I got same message . Then on the day when my appointment was a human called and said their is no appointments and I said I had one already and they said no I didn’t .
So I had to wait till Thursday and when they came they didn’t call and say they were here they just started banging on door. And now have to wait till January 10th for parts to come.
