Refrigerator repair took four and a half weeks.I had to continue to call the Indian call center with no help with expediting my repair.
They do not have enough repairmen to facilitate the need. I had the parts at my house and they couldn’t get someone out for two weeks. Then one of the parts was ordered wrong and it
Will be another 10 days before they can get someone to my house. This is absolutely unacceptable.
That call center can do nothing and they pass you from one person to another. Customer service is a joke. I guess that’s why the company is failing.
Go anywhere but Sears and ask if they have an Indian call center.If they do, keep shopping.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
