My Kenmore Dishwasher flooded my kitchen. Caused 1000's in damage over 6 months before the issue became noticeable.

I made an insurance claim so my insurance can go after Sears/Kenmore now. I called Sears and Kenmore and actually was transferred to K-Mart. Called back and was only told I needed to schedule a technician to come out to my house. I did not want one, I wanted to speak to someone about their product causing so much damage in my house.

"So when would you like to schedule a technician sir"? The call center is only doing their jobs, I cant fault them.

Sears.... You suck and I will never give you a penny of my money again and I hope you go out of business soon.
