bought a new refrig 1/4/08; installed with non-fitting handles; two other sets of handles sent and we were informed we would have to install ourselves; nonfitting; went to local Sears store; service person came to our home. He realized the handles did not fit the refrig delivered and he was surprised the installers left it up to us to "figure it out".
He ordered proper handles from Frigidaire person, never got a call back (as promised) and now have no other recourse.
Will visit the local Sears store to ask for pickup of refrig and a total refund for a very botched job.
