About 6 months ago we had problems with sears personnel handling our problem.We had no satisfaction with them and we had to go all the way to the top and go through Sears home office and they were great and handled our issue with no problems.
We are no longer upset with sears since they did resolve our issue. We had a damaged item and tried to get an exchange and that was the big issue. We tried to work with a few of the Sears personnel and we didn't get any satisfaction with them. So we had to contact Sears in Chicago and that's how our issue was resolved.
They were very prompt and very nice when they took care of us.Thanks to Sears in Chicago.
