How could anyone possibly wonder why this company is going our of business? They have got to be the poster child for poor customer service and the absolute worst company in America!
Their specialty is making you wait on hold and then transfering you back and forth from department to department. Nobody you speak with has any authority and they have no interest in helping you. Most of them are not in North America but if ask where they are, they lie and tell you they're in the United States!
Top Management should try calling these people.
I even tried to call HQ and the man that answered the phone could not have been more rude. He actually hung up on me when I kept asking to speak with someone there as he kept telling me to write a letter!
