Sears has done nothing! I received about 5 emails.

Upon receipt of emails, I explained the situation. The response was to go to the warranty department. I explained the warranty department told me they could not do anything.

Next day, another form letter telling me to reach out to the warranty department. So Sears SUCKS, no customer service, I am close to not paying for the pedestal and telling them the stick it up their {{Redacted}}

Ordered Washing Machine, Dryer, and Refrigerator in Feb, 2018.

Delivered on March 16, 2018

Damaged Pedestal Drawer

Called in for repair

Installers came to site, but never replaced/repaired drawer

I have called the Store I purchased from - Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Was told, "can't do anything"

Called 800 474 5899, received case number 5750658 with a promise of a response in 72 hours. 7 days later I called. Explained the issue of non-service or replacement of pedestal drawer. Was asked for the sales ticket number. Provided. Was told all files were destroyed/deleted, therefore no record of any repairs or revisits.

Was told, they "Amanda" would have the Bolingbrook Manager call me back. And I sit and wait for a call back. I have been struggling to get this fixed since March, 2018. It is now the end of May.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Replace the Pedestal Drawer for the Washing Machine.

I didn't like: No customer service sense of urgency.
