Problem with disposal unit.

Sears tech ordered one in latter 2017; arrived December 27, 2017. Installation set by Sears for February 2018. Installed but when operated, found to be having water run straight through and flooded the cabinet area under the sink. Called many times and finally had installation person come back and verified a defective unit.

Sears evidently did not believe this tech and finally had another Sears tech come and check. The technician verified the same defective condition, called the ST.. Team at Sears and showed them a real-time video with water running though unit into a bucket that we had needed under the sink to catch the water or run through. The Team stated that the unit would be replaced and we would be contacted.

No one contacted us and both I and my wife continued to contact Sears after this. Sears would state that someone would contact us but they never did.

It is now September 22, 2018 and we are still catching water in a bucket under the sink and having to empty the bucket. We are extremely unhappy with Sears for completely ignoring a 52 year loyal customer.
