We have been customers of Sears for over 30 years, UNTIL.....We bought a new fridge about a month ago, First, the sales KID, entered our information in the computer wrong, so we didn't get the discount or the free delivery, Total hassle, (should have walked then) So, we ended up cancelling that order and just started over, paid cash.....Ordered the fridge Left hinge, it came to us Right hinge, (should have refused it) Now, after 4 times of them coming out to fix this, we are still waiting. Lame excuse and the other, People that can hardly speak English, not really caring if the customer is happy or not.
Good luck Sears, you will be out of business very soon. It's sad.
