My issue has not been resolved. And they owe me over $1000 in back pay because they had me take 3 full days off work abd they never showed up 2 of the days and one of the days they didnt come prepared , they had no parts , the servrce company they use is horrible also, also they will not contact you, sears customer service use people who do not speak english and they are rude, and simply do not care if they waste your time , stay away from sears .
