I ordered some underwear online from Sears because they had the style I wanted at a good price. Big mistake.

They sent the wrong underwear and the wrong size. They told me to send it back ups or bring to a sears store. I said what happened to what I ordered and they said they could order it for me but they have to get approval for the price because it’s more expensive now. I was put on hold so many times it was ridiculous, I shouldn’t be on the phone for 50 min.

for a simple issue.

When I was put on hold again, I just hung up. This is why they are doing so poorly.

I didn't like: Customer service.
