Ordered a dryer online in early may. Cancelled the order within a week.

Never received the dryer. Still have not received my money. It has been nearly TWO MONTHS! My husband posted a review on google to which the district manager in our area replied.

He offered to help through comments on the post but when we contacted him he gave us the same run around as customer service. Was very rude. And gave us a different customer service number to call. We have contacted customer service over twenty times.

Sears will not return our money. Terrible company. Terrible experience.

I now tell everyone I know to never purchase anything from sears. It’s all risk and no reward.
